Hi all, i know some technical sites... - doom9 for video - cdfreaks for cd/dvd issue - hydrogenaudio for audio ecc.... What do you recommend for pc maintenance? P.S.: Only in english or italian language, please! Thanks in advance!

The guys at are complete PC hardware freaks. A bit of "hardcore gamer" bias, though. EDIT: Also, there are some smart guys in the "PC Hard & Software" subforum on this very board, you can try there.

perfect disk 8 -- defragger of my choice spybot search and destroy -- anti-malware, and misc tools(host file filter is nice) ccleaner - nice for cleaning up temp files every few weeks with noscript - firefox add-on, very very very highly recomended security addon adblock+ - firefox add-on, also very good adblock+ filterset.g - firefox compainion add-on, intergrates with adblock+ to update some premade filters which are A1 windizupdate - firefox add-on, windows update alternative miniPE - very usefull PE disc(windows live disc basicly) with lots of utilities, copyright nightmare though

Mike lin has a couple small but nice tools. Core temp or speedfan, a couple of nice temp monitors. Trend PCcilan free online scan. AVG antivirus The pc guide forums Doom9 pc hard and software, I have received some of my best help here. :)
